Don’t forget to go outside

Hello Dear Readers!

I don’t have much to report right now, but I do want to remind you to take some time to go outside and get some sunlight! Being outside is so good for our health.

My husband and I joke that I have a “Tiffani Pyramid of Health” and if one side of the pyramid isn’t up to snuff then my health starts getting low. Sleep, Sunshine, Physical Activity, and Good Food are the four sides of my pyramid.

Get outside! Sit on your apartment balcony or front porch or back porch or go to a park and sit on a bench or a blanket or whatever you gotta do and get some sun! The weather has been pretty nice here lately and I’ve made a point to go sit out in the backyard and do some reading and just enjoy being outside. Bonus, the pups love it too.

We talk a fair amount on here about how to recharge. Life in general, whether you are a creative or not, just takes it out of us. Make sure to do things that “fill your cup”. Take a walk. Enjoy some delicious food. Read a book. Spend some time away from your phone or computer. Take a nice warm shower or enjoy a bath with a bath bomb.

Especially with everything going on in the world right now, please make sure that you’re doing something to take care of yourself.
